| I have purchased Navman 55T Navigator in December 2009. TMC service was included. However, I find that I have to use "Reset Factory Defaults" option virtually every day I want to use TMC. I had called Navman Customer Service about this and they had told me it was a software issue but could not advise me about how to fix it. I was wondering if anyone else has / had a similar problem and if anyone found a way to fix it. Once "Reset Factory Defaults" is used, the TMC works fine for the day or most of the day but it is annoying having to do it virtually every day. I drive mainly around Sydney but have used the navigator in Melbourne and had the same problem there too.

option 1
Send the unit in to navman for testing
option 2
just dont use the service it dont work anyway
- was on parramatta rd at 3am and it told me traffic ahead was only doing 10km per hour, it tells me the same msg every time no matter what time of the day
much the same as the school zones
