Can anyone help with the basic software for about machine, I need to reinstall it to go back to factory setting, Magellan do not support their products in Europe, so any thinking of getting one think about this, don't mind paying for the help from anyone who had the same SatNav, HELP!!!

I too would like to know where to get the software as I no longer have the CD and want the POI manager. It is not on their website Sad
