Navman s50 3d packed in with a fatal error last Wednesday, so i emailed them that night and got an email back the next day saying that they were going to send me a letter and a returns box.

The letter arrived on the Friday and the returns box on the Saturday.
I posted it late on Monday evening and received my fixed satnav by Friday afternoon.

Now that's what i call fast service.

They can really have fast service at times...
I've had my 2 units back to them and I get it back within the week.
