Ive installed service pack 2 and the connection kit, dont know wether this is just for POI's or if you need installed for maps.
Anyways I've loaded Euro maps on my SD card and ticked them via the MANAGE MAPS of my F20 but when I go to the "NEW ADDRESS" they aren't there.
What else needs done?

I have the same problem with my F40. I downloaded the French Aires POI's with originally could not be recognised as the supplied *.csv (excel) file.
I convert this file to *.csv (MS_DOS) file format, it was then recognised by SmartST but when loaded gave the same results as yourself.
I'm still trying, might get back to you.

As I said, I have come back.
If you are having a problem with your Navman not accepting the POI file, go to POI_EDIT (gdt software).
Create new POI file or import your new POI file.
Once imported Save the file (to wherever) as a (Navman) CSV file.
Once you have done this, go through the importing sequence with your SmartST software.
I did this and got all the POI's imported as well as the Icon's, and it works
