Hi,
Well, I've been having nothing but problems with nav-voices. I am just about to contact my credit card company to request a charge back.
I downloaded and installed garmin fun voices. I also purchased two of Garmin voice packs from nav-voices. I followed their instructions to the letter. Both voice packs do not work in the Garmin Nuvi. I contacted their tech support on August 30th only to get an automated message stating they would be unavailable until the 19th. Funny how this message suddenly appeared on their web page after I placed my order and began to have problems.
I waited until the 19th. to again request assistance. As of the 22nd., my email have gone unanswered. Just a friendly warning: Beware of nav-voices co uk

| I bought a voice pack from nav-voices and and had a horrible experience. You can only a single voice installed at any given time. Once installed, it is quite difficult to use any other voices. These extra voices are essentially useless to me as they have limited functionality. I suggest staying away from them.

Thankyou for the helpful information.
I have downloaded voice files for my Nuvi but haven't tried them yet. Looks like I will give it a miss.

| Also note that text to speech doesn't work with novelty voices either.

Most of this stuff is junk anyway. Be careful when trying to get ANY voice to your GPS. A friend of mine tried a few weeks ago and when he did the download from a 'reputable' voice store, he got a virus & had to day bye bye to his old GPS voices
